Review: The one-bedroom suite offered fantastic lake views and was well-appointed with kitchen amenities, including a dishwasher and coffee machine. A highlight was the impressive breakfast selection, especially the pancakes and fresh fruits. parking availability was limited, and some noise from the street was noticeable, especially in the morning. , rating: 8, date of stay: 2024-10-05}

Nice building and rooms with deep bath in bathroom. Location just next door to the communal areas-reception / restaurant and the town centre and waterfront.
Beds were very uncomfortable.

Proximity to town is great, Spacious. relatively funky. Easy access, Very comfortable bed, and when requested can get a room with a great view in one of NZ's most beautiful towns.
Free Wifi internet access would improve things, better sound system and TV system would be preferred.

My best decision yet!
Staying here was a fantastic choice! The friendly staff offered superb customer service, and the breakfast had a good variety. The location is great. It's a 15-minute walk to the center. The underground parking was a bonus, and the room was spacious with a comfortable layout. Highly recommend!

relaxing easy walking around queenstown nice driving sencery great veiws of lake from rooms
We found the room wasnt cleaned when we got back from our day out which was at 3.30 pm which we thought was a bit poor.They didnt top up the tea and coffee which we had run out of had to go and ask for some they only topped up tea as there was 3 decaffe coffee there not everyone drinks that coffee. that was the only problem the room not been serviced very well which we pay for.

Well designed rooms that did not back onto other guest rooms, so quiet.

I recently enjoyed an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect-just a quick 5-minute stroll down the hill to the city center. The room was super comfy, and I loved having a balcony with a stunning view. Plus, the kitchenette was a game changer for making breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. Daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, which made for a really relaxing vibe! Though, the positives definitely outweighed the negatives!

I had a superior room and it was well-appointed with a view.

I liked the amenities in the suits, the views all around and the town where you can get what ever you need nearby. Also, all sorts of tours abound a stones throw away. The airport bus stop is just up the road which runs out side the hotel. And there is internet available in the hotel.
Well, the only negative point is that the road out side into town is somewhat steep and its hard getting back up, especially with bags! Not the hotels fault though.

It was a good match for a quick break in Queenstown with the best value. We were upgraded to a suite, a great surprise, as it included a washing machine and dryer. Make sure to check if they have a view room available.

Prompt service, friendly staff
The facillities could have been better. The lights of the room was not working and we had to change to another room. However, the living room heater was not working in the other room and a porter heater was given to us. The consolation was that your staff were very prompt to help and friendly.
